Final charges may differ from quoted rates if the actual shipment details differ from those entered. Weight and dimension discrepancies identified by the carrier will result in adjusted charges billed to the User's account.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds or credits may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges for the same shipment.
- Carrier-confirmed service failure where a guaranteed delivery service was purchased.
- Shipment cancelled before label pickup or scan-in by the carrier.
- Billing error caused by a platform malfunction or data entry error by Eyemesto Shipping.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Shipping fees for completed deliveries, regardless of transit time (unless a money-back guarantee applies).
- Carrier surcharges applied due to incorrect dimensions or weight provided by the User.
- Remote area surcharges, fuel surcharges, or residential delivery fees.
- Fees associated with prohibited or improperly declared shipments.
- Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund or dispute a charge:
- Log in to your Eyemesto Shipping account and navigate to the relevant shipment.
- Select "Dispute Charge" or contact legal@eyemestoshipping.com within 30 days of the charge.
- Provide a description of the issue and supporting documentation.
- Our billing team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
6. Resolution Outcomes
Approved refunds will be credited to your Eyemesto Shipping account balance or the original payment method within 7–10 business days, at Eyemesto Shipping's discretion. Disputed carrier adjustments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting Eyemesto Shipping may result in account suspension. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes through Eyemesto Shipping's process first.
